Bangkok studio · seventh intake

Path literacy for teams who already have too many charts.

Systemqueuebase teaches Mobile Conversion Path Analytics as a studio craft: how a thumb actually moves through Thai-language checkout, OTP walls, and recovery screens — not how a dashboard summarises the last click.

“The Path Signal Mapping critique made our OTP step look less like a conversion cliff and more like a language-load problem we had been calling ‘fraud friction’.”

“I still think the week-two bilingual homework is heavier than it needs to be after a full workday. The maps I did finish, though, are the ones our checkout review now opens with.”

Courses that stay close to a real path

Each programme is built around a mobile journey you can screenshot, not a catalogue of platform buttons.

How the studio works

We read screens the way an editor reads a paragraph.

Most mobile teams in Thailand already collect events. What they rarely practise is sitting with a single session long enough to notice where copy, keyboard type, or a late-loading prompt actually breaks the path.

Labs are ninety minutes. You arrive with a recording or a warehouse extract, leave with a marked path, and return the following week to hear where your annotation over-claimed. That rhythm is the pedagogy: slow looking, then a precise argument.

What you take home

A vocabulary for Mobile Conversion Path Analytics

  • Signal before summary

You learn to name micro-pauses, rage taps, and keyboard-switch costs before you roll them into a conversion rate.

  • Thai-script and bilingual load

Forms, OTP copy, and legal checkboxes behave differently in Thai than in English. We treat that as instrumentation, not localisation trivia.

  • Critique you can reuse at work

Each map is defended in front of a small bench, so the habit transfers to your own Friday funnel review.

From the journal

Notes from live paths, not recaps of vendor blogs.

The journal is where faculty and alumni publish the awkward findings that do not fit a slide: thumb-zone heatmaps that flatter the wrong button, attribution windows that invent loyalty, third screens that quietly end the session.

If your funnel looks fine in aggregate and worse on a phone in Din Daeng traffic, write to the desk.

Tell us which journey you want to map. We will say honestly whether it belongs in Path Signal Mapping or a shorter attribution desk.
