Learning outcomes

Kamonchanok Prasert

Former research lead on a Bangkok marketplace checkout. She built the Path Lab vocabulary after watching leadership celebrate add-to-cart while shipping screens quietly ended sessions. Kamonchanok still marks every map by hand before critique.

Modules

  1. Capture hygiene

    What makes a recording or extract usable. Coarse events fail here, and that failure is treated as information, not embarrassment.

  2. Annotation grammar

    Symbols for pause, backtrack, keyboard switch, permission prompt, and false completion. You will be asked to justify every mark.

  3. Thai and bilingual load

    Wrapping, mixed placeholders, OTP copy, and legal checkboxes. This module is where many regional playbooks quietly fall apart.

  4. Payment sheets without mythology

    PromptPay, card forms, and bank-app handoff. We look at focus theft and return paths, not folklore about “trust badges.”

  5. Recovery honesty

    SMS, email, and in-app retries. Guest reader week: a customer-operations voice joins the bench.

  6. Close-out brief

    One journey, one argument, one recommended change. No certificate ceremony — the brief is the artefact.

Path Signal Mapping is offered as a Desk Seat at THB 18,500 (recorded labs, two written reviews) or as part of Cohort Bench at THB 42,000 for the six-week live room. Questions we actually hear

Do I need a specific analytics platform?

No. Bring a recording, a warehouse extract, or a consented over-the-shoulder film. We care that the capture can support annotation. We do not teach you to click through one vendor’s UI.

Is this suitable if I only work desktop funnels?

Only if you also own the mobile path. The course assumes thumbs, keyboards, and payment sheets. Desktop-only work belongs in a different room; we will say so in the application reply.

What does this course not cover?

We do not teach you to implement SDK instrumentation in React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android. If your events are missing, orientation capture will say so, and you will need engineering time before the bench is useful. Path Signal Mapping reads paths; it does not ship tracking code.

Can my whole team sit in?

Cohort Bench is capped at fourteen for a reason. Atelier Year includes one internal workshop outline so you can carry the method back. A full-team live room is a custom conversation, not a default seat.
