Acceptance
By browsing systemqueuebase.digital or applying for a studio seat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not submit an application. Systemqueuebase is an instructional studio. Published prices are informational. A binding enrolment exists only after written confirmation from the desk at info@systemqueuebase.digital.

Use of the site
You may read pages, download materials we expressly offer, and submit the contact form for a genuine enquiry. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs others’ access, misrepresent affiliation with the studio, or use our pages to send unsolicited commercial messages. Course descriptions, journal essays, and Path Lab notes are for information; they are not professional, legal, or investment advice.
Programmes and seats
Intakes are capped. We may decline an application when a capture is unusable or when the work is outside Mobile Conversion Path Analytics as we teach it. Recorded Desk Seat materials are licensed to the enrolled individual for personal professional use. They may not be republished, resold, or used to run a competing public course. Live Cohort Bench sessions may be recorded by faculty for absentees in that intake only.
Intellectual property
The Systemqueuebase name, site design, Path Lab vocabulary, annotation grammar, journal essays, and course artefacts produced by faculty remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement says otherwise. Maps and briefs you create during a seat remain yours; we may keep an anonymised copy for critique training with your permission. Do not copy journal text or syllabus language onto another commercial site.
Student work and confidentiality
You must have the right to show any recording, extract, or screenshot you bring to a lab. Do not upload personal data of end users beyond what is needed for annotation. Fellow students are expected to treat another team’s funnel as confidential. Faculty will not publish your company name without consent, as noted on the reviews page practice.
Payments and refunds
This website does not process payments. Invoices, if issued, follow a separate confirmation. Refund eligibility is described on the refund page, which forms part of these terms for enrolled seats.
Liability
Instruction is offered with care but without a guarantee of commercial results. Conversion, revenue, and attribution outcomes depend on your product, traffic, and engineering work. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Systemqueuebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from applying course methods. Our aggregate liability for a paid seat is limited to the tuition actually paid for that seat.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from studio enrolment, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms when programmes or legal requirements change. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes that affect an already confirmed seat will be sent to the email used at application.
