Refund policy
How payment actually happens
systemqueuebase.digital does not run checkout or take cards. Tuition is invoiced only after a written seat confirmation. This policy applies to those confirmed, paid seats for Path Signal Mapping, Drop-off Attribution Desk, Checkout Friction Laboratory, Thumb-Zone Instrumentation, and Atelier Year.
Eligibility and timeframe
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of paying the invoice, provided the intake has not started and you have not been given access to recorded lab files. “Started” means the first live lab has begun, or, for Desk Seat, the first recorded block has been unlocked.
After that window, refunds are partial or unavailable as set out below. Requests must be emailed to info@systemqueuebase.digital from the address used at enrolment, with the invoice number and reason.
Full refund
A full refund of tuition paid is available when: (a) you cancel within fourteen days and before access or the first lab; (b) we cancel an intake and cannot offer a comparable date within sixty days; or (c) we decline to continue a seat because faculty reasonably believe the capture cannot be used and we made that judgement after payment but before week two. In case (c) we will still refund in full.
Partial refund
If you withdraw after the first live lab (or after the first Desk Seat unlock) but before the midpoint of the programme, we may refund fifty percent of tuition minus any non-recoverable guest-reader or room costs already committed. Midpoint means after week three of Path Signal Mapping or Cohort Bench, after session two of Drop-off Attribution Desk, or after day one of a two-day laboratory. Atelier Year partial refunds are calculated on unused remaining reviews at fifty percent of the unused portion, not on the original Cohort Bench component once that component has passed midpoint.
Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable once delivered or consumed: guest-reader evenings already held, internal workshop outlines already written for your team, travel or accommodation you booked to reach Din Daeng, third-party analytics licences, and bank transfer fees charged by your institution. Complimentary alumni review evenings unused after close-out expire and are not cashed out.
Refund process and timing
Email the desk. We acknowledge within two working days and decide within ten working days. Approved refunds are paid by the same method originally used (typically bank transfer in Thai baht) within fifteen working days of approval. We do not refund onto a different person’s account without written authority that satisfies our accounting checks.
Cancellation by the studio
If faculty illness or a venue failure forces us to cancel a live block, we will offer a make-up date. If you cannot attend the make-up, that block is credited toward a later intake or refunded proportionally. We do not cancel for low enrolment after confirmation without offering a transfer or a refund.
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund where recordings were redistributed in breach of the terms, where a student was removed for serious confidentiality breach, or where the request is made more than thirty days after the programme’s last scheduled session. Statutory consumer rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available. If a mandatory cooling-off rule applies to your purchase channel and grants a longer period than fourteen days, the longer period prevails.
